This is another Share buttons WordPress plugin that can be use in our blog. This plugin shows the major social network such as : Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google Buzz, Digg, Stumbleupon, Hyves (Duch social net), Reddit, and Email. Its automatically places at above or below your posts.

It called Really simple Facebook Twitter share buttons. You don’t have to open your themes to make your own modification, because it already provide by Really simple share at Settings menu.
